We are a small batch bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Geelong, Australia.
Each cocoa beans from different regions (and genetics) have their own distinctive flavours and our mission is to bring out their own natural characters as well as we can, hence, no flavouring such as vanilla is added to our single origin chocolate. What you are tasting is purely coming from the cocoa beans themselves and we are merely helping to enhance their flavour.
Cocoa beans we are using are ethically sourced and transparently traded. Once we receive the cocoa beans, we carefully roast, crack, winnow, conch, and finally temper. The process is time consuming, but it is rewarding when we finally taste the chocolate.
